About Canine Cardio Club
Give your dog the personal trainer experience they deserve and enroll them in our exercise programs. We will pick up your pup, take them on a 30-minute run, and return them right to your doorstep while you hit snooze. We bring waste bags, water bowls and treats to reinforce good behavior. We'll provide your pup a safe way to expel energy and make new friends so that you and your dog can lead a happier, healthier life.
Running makes dogs happy. It allows them to explore the world through sights, sounds, and smells. It allows them to release energy, reducing the probability of them channeling their energy into harmful actions.

An exclusive and intimate doggy day care opportunity tailored for small to medium-sized dogs.
Save your pup from cages and crowded rooms. We will place your pooch in a private residence with the option to be placed with up to one canine pal. This service is great for dogs needing solo attention, or have trouble agreeing with other pups.
Your dog will receive 1 on 1 attention for a price competitive with corporate doggy day care chains.

An early morning or evening 30 minute run with a small, private group of dogs. Option to provide runner with home access for a hands free pick up and drop off experience. A free consultation is required to ensure your pup can keep up with the pack.
To get started on our running circuit you can book a short consultation call, or call our number at any time. We gather information about your pup such as breed, age and fitness goals on this phone call.
We will follow up with a no risk introductory run to see if they are a good fit for our circuit. If all goes well the introductory run will be charged to you in your first billing cycle. If we are not a good match for your pup the run is on us!

Meet the Owner
My name is Abigail Bliss, It's great to meet you! I am a recent college graduate from the University of Minnesota. Last fall, in 2023, I started training for a marathon and began developing a passion for a healthy lifestyle. I've always enjoyed dog walking for family and friends. My marathon training gave me the opportunity to bring my dogs along on my fitness journey.
Realizing all of the benefits of dog running, I was inspired to start Canine Cardio Club. In a city where backyard space is rare, getting crucial activity for your pet can be a challenge. With Canine Cardio Club I've been able to promote health and wellness for the beloved dog community in the Upper East Side. Our pets are our hearts- let's work together to get cardio in for your pooch so you can both lead healthy and happy lifestyles!
